Yogurt is one of the most popular ingredients that people use to add texture and creaminess to their smoothies.

1. Fat-free or low-fat flavored yogurt

The quickest, least expensive, and most practical way to include your favourite fruits and vegetables in your smoothie may seem to be canned fruit.

2. Canned fruit

Hazelnuts are just as nutrient-dense as any other nut, packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals.

You've completed adding all the ingredients to your smoothie, and now you want to add some additional sweetness.

Similar to why you might want to stay away from flavoured yoghurt, adding fruit juice will just raise the quantity of sugar in your smoothie.
