Yogurt is one of the most popular ingredients that people use to add texture and creaminess to their smoothies.

1. Fat-free or low-fat flavored yogurt

The quickest, least expensive, and most practical way to include your favourite fruits and vegetables in your smoothie may seem to be canned fruit.

2. Canned fruit
